Self-reflection only
Ming Path is for entertainment, cultural exploration, journaling, and self-reflection. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.
No major decisions
Do not use any output from this service as the sole basis for major life, relationship, career, health, financial, legal, immigration, housing, education, or safety decisions.
Reports and payments
When paid report access is available, checkout is hosted by Dodo Payments. The checkout page shows the price, currency, delivery timing, and access instructions before payment. Dodo delivers the access link and instructions through its confirmation email and customer portal. Ming Path forms and support requests must not receive card numbers, passwords, government IDs, or private documents.
Cancellation and refunds
A customer may request cancellation within 60 minutes after checkout by using the support form or support email, as long as the report has not already been delivered. After delivery, refund requests are reviewed within 30 days and may be approved only for duplicate payment, non-delivery after support review, technical access failure, a clear calculation or delivery error, or a materially incomplete or corrupted report file. We do not refund solely because the report did not resonate, was not what the customer expected, differs from another reading, the customer no longer believes in the framework, or the customer changed their mind. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are unaffected.
Accounts and availability
We may update, pause, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We may reject or remove abusive, fraudulent, automated, or policy-violating usage.
